Delivery Process
- Your order is packed with special insulated materials to maintain a cold environment during transit, ensuring that your NAD+ arrives at the optimal temperature.
- Upon delivery, immediately refrigerate your NAD+ to maintain its efficacy.
- RoLynn Medical Ltd T/A NAD PLUS is only responsible for attempted delivery of the order.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days (subject to location and shipping method selected).
- We guarantee dispatch within 30 days of receiving confirmed payment unless unforeseen delays occur.
- Any unexpected delays will be communicated via email.
Delivery Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect details, customers may be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
